

Our family business was founded in 1891. In 1983, our current owner began learning the craft from his father at just 9 years old. We started by making traditional sheep's milk Akkawi cheese and eventually expanded to export our products across Syria, the UAE, and Qatar.

Our owner brought his expertise to Lebanon, managing dairy factories for several companies and producing a wide variety of cheeses. During this time, we proudly collaborated with French and German experts to perfect our Mozzarella and Halloumi recipes.

We were invited to Riyadh to take full management of a major dairy company. We led the production team, trained the staff, and crafted a massive variety of high-quality cheeses for the market.

Working in large-scale facilities in Urfa and Osmaniye, we specialized in producing premium Akkawi and Istanbuli cheese to supply major Turkish cities, including Istanbul and Ankara.

We partnered with the UN and various European organizations to do volunteer work. We used our decades of dairy expertise to produce cheese and help support refugees during their time of need.

We started our Finnish journey with simple, manual tools. Through hard work, we grew and opened our own facility. Today, we are proud to be the only licensed cheese factory of our kind in Finland, delivering our products nationwide.
