In Brine Pack (Water & Salt): Yes. Soak it in cold water for 5 minutes before eating.

Dry Vacuum Pack: No. It is ready to eat right away.

How to store? * In Brine Pack: Keep it in the fridge for up to 3 months.

Dry Vacuum Pack: Keep it in the fridge for up to 2 months unopened. Once opened, eat it within 3 days.
